
Ministerial Decree 65/2010:
waste management of electrical and electronic equipment (EEA).
Pursuant to Ministerial Decree 65/2010, all electrical and electronic equipment dealers, regardless of whether they are intended for professional users or consumers, are required to withdraw free of the WEEE refusal delivered, at their stores, by the Customer at the time of purchase of a new electrical or electronic equipment equivalent, that is to say that it has the same functions. In compliance with Ministerial Decree 65/2010, the company BHI Store " Ca.El S.a.s. " declares to exercise sales activities at an online distance and not to have a collection or grouping center, thus guaranteeing the free transfer from its premises to the point of collection or grouping, after delivery or shipment of the WEEE refusal to care and expenses of the Customer. Delivery or shipping costs of RAEE refusal at the premises of BHI Store " Ca.El S.a.s. " are at the Customer's expense. The company BHI Store " Ca.El S.a.s. " will collect the WEEE free of charge, to hold the loading and unloading card, to collect the obsolete equipment at its premises and to ensure the correct conferment in authorized plants. It is the right of the Customer to give their waste free of charge (EEA) to the network of the Joint Collection Centres scattered in its territory and closer to its domicile.
