S.a.S. with registered office in c.da Bosco 94, 83020 Aiello del Sabato, Avellino (hereinafter “Ca.EL S.a.S ” or “Owner”) is constantly committed to protecting the online privacy of its users. This document was drawn up pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: "Regulation") in order to allow you to know our privacy policy, to understand how your personal information is handled when you use our website www.Bhistore.it (hereinafter “Website”) and, if necessary, to give a consent to the processing of your personal data expressed and aware. The information and data you provide or otherwise acquired in the context of the use of the services offered by the Site, such as: the registration to the reserved area of the Site or the purchase of products, below "Services", will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of BHI Store.

According to the rules of the Regulation, the treatments carried out by Ca. El will be based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, limitation of purposes and conservation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

1. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

2. Personal data subject to processing

Following the navigation of the Site, we inform you that Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C. S.a.SWill process personal data, which can be constituted by an identifier such as the name, an identification number, an online identifier (hereinafter only “Data Staff”). The object of processing may be, for example, the name, address, username, e-mail address and phone number, or even the IP address of the device used, navigation preferences or information related to the user’s lifestyle or hobby and interests as well as his online shopping preferences. Your Personal Data may be collected because you voluntarily provide it (for example when you subscribe to the newsletter or register on the Site) or simply by analyzing your behavior on the Site. The Personal Data processed through the Site are as follows:

a. Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures for the operation of the Website acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but that by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify users. This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the Site, URI notation addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user's computer environment. This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its proper functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties.

b. Data provided voluntarily by the data subject

Unless the reference to specific information contained therein, this Privacy Policy is also intended for the processing of data voluntarily inserted in the various form contained within the Site, including, for example, the one dedicated to Customer Care. With reference to such hypotheses, we invite you not to enter information that may fall within the scope of the particular categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 of the Regulation (“ […] personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a physical person, data relating to health or sexual life or the sexual orientation of the person”). In the same way, when you contact through other channels the Customer Care Service (e.g. by telephone) we invite you not to provide information that may fall within the scope of the particular categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 of the Regulation. If this information is related to a dispute present or future with regard to Built In House, we inform you that this data will be processed by Built In House solely to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court, in accordance with Article 9 (2)(f) of the Regulation (Translated)[…] the processing is necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court or whenever the judicial authorities exercise their judicial functions”)

c. Data of third parties voluntarily provided by you

In the use of certain Services of the Site (such as, by means of the Customer Service) a processing of Personal Data of third parties may occur provided by you to Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C. S.a.S ,as it is allowed to insert a text message. Compared to such hypotheses, you place yourself as an independent controller, assuming all legal obligations and responsibilities. In this sense, it confers on the point the widest inference regarding any dispute, claim, claim for compensation of the damage from treatment, etc. that it should be sent to Built In House by third parties whose Personal Data have been processed through its use of the functions of the Site in violation of the applicable Personal Data Protection rules.  d. Data relating to online payments

Regarding the payment data entered by users, Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C. S.a.S it will only process the data received by digital payment companies and credit card payment providers that consist of a return information on the status linked to the payment (a good end/refused). All additional information relating to the account (e.g. PayPal), prepaid card or credit card is stored by entities that manage the relevant service, which are not authorized to use the Personal Data received through the Site for other purposes. If you require to pay the products purchased through the Website by financing, you can directly upload the necessary documentation online to request the financing (i.e. identification document, tax code, income document and, if you are a non-Community citizen, residence permit).

e. Data relating to its location

Built In House may, after its consent, locate its position in order to allow it to identify through a map the nearest stores. After your prior and explicit consent, your Internet browsing program (so-called “Browser”) may share your geographical location with the Site. Even if you have given your consent, you can disable the option even temporarily, using the browser settings (or the settings of your operating system and device used). F. Data processed in the interaction with social networks

In addition to completing the form present on the Site, you may request some services and provide your Personal Data also through your Facebook, Google and PayPal profile, for example for the purposes of registration on the Site. In these cases Facebook, Google and PayPal will automatically send to Built In House its Personal Data and there will be no need to fill out other form by him.

g. Cookies

Definitions, characteristics and application of legislation

3. Purpose of treatment

Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C. S.a.SWill use your Personal Data collected through the BHISTORE.IT website for the following purposes:

a. allow the navigation of the Site and the provision of the Services requested by you from time to time to Built In House, such as, for example: the registration and access to the reserved area of the Site and the management of the activities related to it; the management and execution of purchase orders, delivery of products; and, in general, activities related to the execution of a contractual relationship with Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C. S.a.S ;respond and satisfy requests for assistance or information, including pre and post-sale customer support services (“Service Supply”)

1. comply with any obligations under applicable laws, regulations or community legislation, or meet requests from authorities (“Compliance”)
2. send you commercial communications by email about products and services similar to those you have purchased, except for your refusal to receive such communications, which you may express during purchase or on subsequent occasions (“Soft Spam )
3. conduct marketing activities, how to process statistics and market research, send them our newsletter or other informative and promotional material concerning the activities, products and services of BHI Store and its partners, send them surveys to improve the service (“customer satisfaction”). Such communications may be made via automatic messages, by e-mail, by SMS/MMS, by fax, by post and/or by telephone with operator; it is specified that the Data Controller collects a single consent for the marketing purposes described here, pursuant to the General Provision of the Data Protection Authority "Guidelines in the matter of promotional activity and contrast to spam" of 4 July 2013; if, in any case, you wish to object to the processing of your data for the purposes of marketing performed by the means indicated herein, you may at any time do so by modifying your choices (even with respect to the individual contact channels) from the Section “Manage your Privacy” of the reserved area of the Site or contacting the Data Controller with the details indicated in the section “Contacts” of this information, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal (“Marketing”);
4. analyze, even with the help of electronic instruments, its interests, habits and choices of consumption, in order to be able to send them personalized information and promotional material on the services and products offered by BHI Store and in order to improve the offer of products and services (“Profile”); More precisely, with user data will be created by BHI Store of “clusters” (homogeneous groups consisting of profiles that present a certain level of correlation) depending on user preferences and online behaviors in order to develop targeted, customized and in line with user tastes. The data may also be used by Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C. S.a.S to analyze the use of the Site by you, products and services, to examine the effectiveness of advertising, promotions and competitions, to personalize the experience on the Site according to your preferences and to analyze (in aggregate form) statistics relating to navigation and activities on the Site, to simplify the use of the Website and to better adapt it to your interests and choices. Your personal data may be used by Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C. S.a.S to suggest products or services that may interest you, offer you the opportunity to participate in competitions or promotions. b. communicate your data to third-party companies belonging to Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C. S.a.S.e to other companies operating in the fields: furniture, electronics, gardening and bricolage for autonomous direct marketing purposes (“Communication to third parties”)

1. for the purpose of prevention of fraud committed through the use of the Site and the services offered by the Owner and to allow the Owner to protect himself in judgment (“Abuse”)
2. for statistical purposes, without it being possible to trace back to your identity (“ Statistics”).

4. Legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of treatment

The legal bases used by Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C. S.a.S to process your Personal Data, according to the purposes indicated in Section 3 above, are as follows:

- Service Supply : the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose (Sez. 3.a.) it is necessary to provide you with the Services and to be able to find your requests, therefore, for the execution of the contract in existence with you. The legal basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (Translated)[…] the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the data subject is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same ”). The provision of Personal Data for this purpose is optional, but in the absence it will not be possible to provide the Services provided through the Site or to find your requests if you have not compiled the fields marked with the asterisk (*)

- Evaluation of tax relief requirements : the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose (Sez. 3.b.) is for the sole purpose of allowing it to benefit from the VAT burden to 4% when it acquires technical and computer aids. With reference to your Personal Data cd. common (e.g. name, surname, email address etc.), the legal basis of this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation ( “[…]the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the data subject is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same ”); moreover, the data relating to its health status are processed solely for the purpose of assessing the subsistence of the requirements required by the applicable laws in order to benefit from the aforementioned VAT relief to 4%. This processing also finds its legal basis in Article 9(2)(b) of the Regulation ( “[…] the processing is necessary to fulfil the obligations and exercise the specific rights of the controller or the data subject in the matter of labour law and social security and social protection […] ”) and the long-term authorisation of the Data Protection Authority. The provision of Personal Data for this purpose is optional, but if not, it will not be able to benefit from the VAT allocation to 4% in the purchase of technical and IT subsidies

- Compliance : the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose (Sez. 3.c.) it is necessary to ensure that Built In House can fulfil any legal obligations or meet the requirements of the authorities. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation (Translated)[…]the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the controller is subject ”). The processing of your Personal Data for this purpose is, in fact, necessary to comply with legal obligations to which Built In House is subject. This processing may involve the retention and communication of its Personal Data to Authorities for accounting, tax or other obligations

- Soft Spam : the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose (Sez. 3.d.) is a legitimate processing within the meaning of the applicable legislation on the protection of Personal Data, which does not require its consent. You may object to the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose both during the request of the products and services available on the Site and during subsequent notices by the Data Controller by writing to the contact details indicated in the "Contacts" section of this statement, as well as using the link that is at the bottom of each of the communications transmitted by email

- Marketing and Profiling : the processing carried out for the purposes of Marketing and Profiling is based on the release of its specific consents pursuant to art. 6(1)(a) (“ […] the data subject has expressed the consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes ”). The provision of your Personal Data for these purposes is therefore entirely optional and does not affect the use of the Services. We also point out that where you had provided these consents to the Built In House or denied any or all of them, they will be considered as the most recent chronological consents. If you wish to object to the processing of your data for the purposes of Marketing and Profiling, you may at any time do so by contacting the Data Controller at the addresses indicated in the "Contacts" section of this statement or, where available, through the section "Manage your privacy" of its reserved area of the Site

- Geolocation : the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose is based on the release of your consent pursuant to art. 6(1)(a) (“ […] the data subject has expressed the consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes ”). To this end, since the geolocation option is connected to the browser settings or the operating system of the device you use, you may provide your consent and enable geolocation in the appropriate pane that will appear by browsing the Site. The provision of your Personal Data for this purpose is therefore entirely optional and does not affect the use of the Services, but only the possibility to allow you to identify through a map the stores closest to him. If you wish to object to the processing of your Personal Data for the purposes of Geolocation, you may at any time do so by deactivating the option even temporarily, through the settings of your device or browser whenever you feel it appropriate.

- Communication to third parties: the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose is based on the release of your consent pursuant to art. 6(1)(a) (“ […] the data subject has expressed the consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes ”). The provision of your Personal Data for this purpose is, therefore, entirely optional and does not affect the use of the Services. If, in any case, you wish to object to the processing of your data for the purposes of Communication to third parties, you may at any time do so by modifying your choices from the Section “Manage your Privacy” of the reserved area of the Site or contacting the Data Controller to the addresses indicated in the section “Contacts” of this information, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent provided before the revocation

- Abuse/Frodi : the processing for this purpose is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation (“ […]processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the controller or third parties ”); personal Data collected for this purpose will be used to prevent and/or detect any fraudulent activities or abuses in the use of the Site and Services and allow Built In House to protect itself in court

- Statistics : It is specified that this processing is not carried out on Personal Data and therefore can be freely carried out by Built In House .

 5. Personal Data Controllers

Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes referred to in Section 3 above, with (the “Destinators”):

1. subjects that typically act as processors: (i) persons, companies or professional studies providing assistance and advice to Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C. S.a.S in the accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and retrieval matters relating to the provision of the Services; ii) persons with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services (e.g. hosting providers) iii) or persons delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communication networks); iv) delegates to organize and carry out the shipment, delivery and return of the products purchased on the Website
2. subjects, entities or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data under the provisions of law or orders of the authorities or to prevent and/or identify any fraudulent activities or abuses in the use of the Website and the services offered by the Owner
3. persons authorised by Built In House to process Personal Data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services, whether committed to confidentiality or having an adequate legal obligation to confidentiality (e.g. employees of Built In House)
   

a .Ca.El Group of Capozzi Guido & C. S.a.S ,limited to the pursuit of administrative-contractable purposes related to the performance of organizational, administrative, financial and accounting activities

b .after your consent, company of the Ca.El Group of capozzi Guido & C. S.a.S and other companies operating in the fields: furniture, electronics, gardening and bricolage for autonomous direct marketing purposes

6. Transfers of Personal Data

Some of your Personal Data are shared with Destinators who may be found outside the European Economic Area. BHI Store ensures that the processing of your Personal Data by these Owners is carried out in compliance with the Regulation. In fact, transfers can be based on an adequacy decision, on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another suitable legal basis. More information is available at the Owner by writing to the contact details indicated in the "Contacts" section of this information

7. Conservation of Personal Data

Personal Data processed for the purposes of Service Supply (Sez. 3.a.) and Evaluation of tax relief requirements (Sez. 3.b.) will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes and, in the second case, until the time provided for by the specific obligation or law applicable. In any case, these are treatments for the provision of Services, Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C. S.a.S will process the Personal Data until the time allowed by Italian law to protect its interests (Art. 2946 et se. of the Civil Code) from possible complaints regarding the Services.
Personal Data processed for the purposes of Compliance (Sez. 3.c.) shall be retained until the time provided for by the specific obligation or applicable law. For the purposes of Soft Spam (Sez. 3.d.), your Personal Data will be retained until you have objected to the processing, writing to the contact details in the “Contacts” section of this information or through the link at the bottom of each of the emails sent. For the purposes of Marketing (Sez. 3.e.) and Profile (Sez. 3.f.) your Personal Data will be processed, as a general rule, until you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw from the BHI Store Services without revoking such consent, the data may also be processed after your withdrawal. The possibility for Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C is saved in any case. S.a.S to retain your Personal Data for the period of time provided and admitted by Italian law to protect your interests (Art. 2947(1)(3) c.c.). For the purposes of Geolocation (Sez. 3.g.) and Communication to third parties (Sez. 3.h.) your Personal Data will be processed, as a general rule, until you withdraw your consent. For the purpose of Abuse (Sez. 3.i.) its Personal Data shall be processed for the period necessary for this purpose and therefore until the time when Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C. S.a.S will be required to keep them in order to protect themselves in court to communicate these data to the competent authorities. Further information on the retention period of data and the criteria used to determine this period can be requested by writing to the Data Controller at the addresses indicated in the "Contacts" section of this statement

8. Rights of interested parties

Under Articles 15 and 15 of the Regulation, you have the right to ask Ca.El di capozzi Guido & C. S.a.S ,at any time, access to your Personal Data, rectification or deletion of the Personal Data or object to their processing, shall be entitled to request the restriction of processing in the cases provided for in Article 18 of the Regulation, and to obtain in a structured format, of common use and readable by automatic device the data concerning it, in the cases provided for in Article 20 of the Regulation. Requests must be made in writing to the addresses indicated in the "Contacts" section of this statement. We also remind you that it can manage its privacy consents also through the “Manage Your Privacy” section of the reserved area of the Site and through the appropriate link that lies at the bottom of the communications you receive via email. The consent to the Profilment through cookies can be revoked through the methods indicated in the Section 2.1.In any case, you are always entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Authority), pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your Personal Data is contrary to the legislation in force.

9. Changes

This Privacy Policy has been in force since 25 May 2018. The Data Controller reserves the right to modify or simply update the content, in part or completely, also due to changes in the applicable legislation. Ca.El will inform you of such changes as soon as they are introduced and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site. Ca.El invites you to regularly visit this section to take into account the latest and updated version of the Privacy Policy so as to be always updated on the data collected and the use that the Data Controller does
