To exercise for the right of withdrawal

To the customer of CA.EL online shop acting as a consumer is attributed the right of withdrawal from the contract, as provided by Articles 64 - 67 of the contract D.Lgs. n. 206/2005, said Consumer Code. Procedure to exercise the right of withdrawal In order to exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send, within 10 working days from receipt of the purchased product, a communication in which the will to withdraw from the purchase contract is clearly manifested. The communication may be sent within the same period by telegram (at the address above), e-mail (at one of the following addresses) info@bhistore.com) and fax (at 0825 72533), provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with notice of receipt sent to the above address within the forty-eighths. In case of doubt, we recommend to contact us by calling at telephone number 3397219153 (we are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 13.00, and from 15.00 to 18.00 - Saturday from 09.00 to 12.00). To facilitate the consumer you can complete this form and then send it to CA.EL S.A.S.con the above modes. The consumer must carry out such shipment within ten working days of the date on which he sent the communication of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Except as provided for in the case of partial withdrawal, CA.EL S.A.S.si commits to refund, within 30 days from the moment CA.EL S.A.S.Has become aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the entire amount of the purchase and the expenses of transport for the delivery, through the procedure of bank transfer on the account indicated by the consumer; the transport costs for the return of the product shall be borne by the latter. If the withdrawal is partial (i.e. only part of the products delivered with a single delivery), the refund of the shipping costs incurred by the consumer for the delivery of the products at the time of purchase is excluded. With regard to purchases with withdrawal at our point of sale, the right of withdrawal is not applicable as it is not a matter of distance selling.
