3) The ‘Simmer’ program sets the power at 94 °C, ensuring a slow boiling, ideal for preparing sauces, stews and soups.

AUTOMATIC COTTURA PROGRAMMES TO 3 LIVES
The automatic cooking programs allow to set the temperature of the induction zones on a predetermined value, suitable for specific preparations.

COMANDS TOUCH CONTROL
Touch Control touch controls allow an independent, easy and precise setting for each specific cooking area of the floor.

POWER LIMITATOR
This function allows you to define and set the maximum power that the hob can absorb; so doing, you are able to avoid the risks of energy overload.

BRIDGE FUNCTION
It connects two adjacent cooking areas on the floor, expanding the support area. It is particularly useful in case of large-scale cooking tools.

PENTOLE AUTOMATIC RECONCIMENT
The plan is able to recognize independently when a pot is placed over it, starting the interface and allowing a quick adjustment of the cooking parameters.

BOOSTER FUNCTION
Reduces the cooking time of the individual area by increasing the potency of the top to the maximum. It is particularly suitable for heating large amounts of liquids.

SELETTIVO PENTRE
The induction plate only works if the plan detects the presence of suitable metal cooking tools on its own, thus avoiding other objects grafting the ignition.

FACILITIES
Allows you to temporarily stop cooking in the selected area. The process can be resumed at will simply by pressing the button again.

END PROGRAMME
It allows to establish a precise timing (from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 99-600 minutes depending on the models) for the automatic shutdown of the selected cooking area, ensuring punctual control over the cooking lines and limiting energy waste.

BAMBINI SAFETY
The control locking device prevents children from accidentally changing the plan settings.

SPIA WASTE HEAT
The display displays, through the H symbol, the presence of residual heat on the floor, generated by the one reflected by the bottom of the cooking tool.

TRANSPORT
If a liquid is poured on the surface and ends above the control area, the plane emits an acoustic signal and turns off automatically until the liquid is removed.

AUTOMATIC EXPENDITURE
Once the ignition limit time has been spent at a given power, the plan automatically shuts down to limit the damage of any user forgetfulness.
