Automatic recognition of pots
With this function leaning the pot on the floor automatically activates the relative area and the corresponding slider lights up indicating the “0”. At this point you can adjust the power of the cooking area.

Bridge function
This function allows you to connect two adjacent cooking areas vertically, thus expanding the area on which to rest the pots. It is particularly suitable when cooking with large pots (e.g. pyrophilic, tegami). The function is
activate simultaneously pressing the Booster keys of the two adjacent cooking areas. The selection is displayed on the side of the display with the symbols “U - ” and the power regulation of the bridge cooking area is enabled only by the slider of the front cooking area. The function can be disabled by simultaneously pressing the Booster keys.

When at least one cooking area is in action it is possible to pause the appliance by temporarily interrupting the cooking. To activate this function press the Break button. The relative LED lights up and the displays of all cooking areas show the symbol «II». All active end-coating programmers are interrupted. The pause lasts up to 10 minutes at the end of which the device is switched off. To turn off the Pause press the Break button and scroll the finger to the right on the flashing slider within 10 seconds. Also equipped with the Call function, the Space hob allows to restore, within 6 seconds, the functions previously active in case of accidental shutdown of the plan.

Automatic cooking at 3 levels
The stove is equipped with 3 special programs that have already been set to make particular types of cooking:
1) The ‘Warming’ program sets the power of the selected cooking area at 42 °C to keep the cooked foods warm.
2) The ‘Melt’ program sets the power of the selected cooking area to 70 °C to dissolve chocolate, butter or similar foods.
3) The ‘Simmer’ program sets the power of the selected cooking area at 94 °C to bring to a slow boiling in the preparation of sauces, soups and stews.

Booster function (*)
This function further reduces the cooking time of an area leading to the maximum power level for 10 minutes. The use of this function is indicated for heating in very short times of large amounts of liquids.
