Zero is the first built-in bell vacuum, professional derivation, able to reach a vacuum level close to absolute zero to actually slow down the aging and oxidation of foods. An absolutely natural preservation technique, extremely effective and qualitatively superior, which allows to preserve intact the quality of food for longer, without compromising its nutritional properties.
Zero is the indispensable tool to make vacuum cooking and increase up to 5 times the shelf life of food in the refrigerator. The control panel, equipped with soft-touch technology, allows the rapid setting of three different vacuum levels and the use of pre-set special cycles for marinating, frolling and liquids. Zero is extremely flexible: adapts to the different needs even the most advanced, allowing you to create customized settings according to the nature of the foods and the result you want to achieve. With Zero it is also possible to prepare food for vacuum cooking in water, Freddy or steam oven.

Liquids:
