Ceiling hood FALMEC ALBA

Alba di Falmec is the new ceiling hood from minimal design designed by Valerio Sommella and Alberto Saggia. Presented at the Salone Eurocucina FTK 2018, this hood has won the prestigious Good Design Award!

Thanks to a LED system, the protruding glass frame, the only visible element of the entire system, illuminates throughout the perimeter, thus identifying the equipment in the countertop. The light, however, turns on only when the hood is in operation, to effectively and functionally illuminate the cooking plan below.

Sober as versatile, Alba hides the engine below the central white panel, which is colorable in any color choice (for customization of color of the panel, it is recommended to card white panel with simple paper abrasive - grain 2200 or scotch brite- and then apply paint washable acrylic). This shortening allows you to adjust the shade of the panel itself to that of the ceiling, thus ensuring perfect continuity and integration between the hood and the surface in which it is recessed.

With regard to functionality and performance, the Alba hood is equipped with perimeter suction and is made particularly functional and performing by various engine options and solutions that meet different needs.
