Falmec - Cappa VIRGOLA NO-DROP 60 cm

The vIRGOLA NO-DROP hood of Falmec is a model made entirely of aISI 304 stainless steel with scotch brite finish, to be installed inside a kitchen cabinet, thus resulting in total disappearance. This hood, particularly suitable with the use of induction hob, is the ideal choice for those who want a kitchen from clean and minimal design, or for those who have little space available and want to exploit it as much as possible, even in height: in the wall where the hood will be housed, in fact, will remain of the space around the appliance, and can be exploited at will.

The hood has a functional swivel glass frame tempered that, in addition to increasing the ability to capture smokes, protects the pot from heat and cooking vapors.

Virgola No-Drop is also equipped with led lighting with technology Dynamic Light that, by electronic control, can adjust the temperature (color) of the hood lighting in a range ranging from 2700K (hot light) to 5600K (cold light). In this way it will be possible to decide whether to embellish the environment with warm or cold light, depending on the aesthetic choices made and personal preferences.

The hood here proposed is equipped with a 800 m3/h motor, with a maximum capacity of 670 m3/h, of a new charcoal filter, enriched with zeolite, and of electronic buttons for the control of the 4 operating speeds, but its main characteristic is found in patented anti-condense system "No-Drop®", recently updated.

No-Drop System technology, patented by Falmec, solves the problem of dripping liquids of vapours condensation thanks to the use of a battery of cross-blade filters, specially conformed in order to capture the condensation particles from the cooking liquids. The so imprisoned condensation is conveyed, thanks to the force of gravity, along a sloped channel, finally depositing inside a pull-out manifold, with the result of a healthy environment, comfortable and pleasant, which improves the quality of life in the kitchen.
The maintenance of the No-Drop system takes place in a simple and practical way, in 3 quick steps:
1) the liquids from the collector are empty with a quick gesture;
2) filters are removable and washable comfortably in the dishwasher;
3) the collector is quickly cleaned thanks to the use of a soft cloth.

Note: I filters No-Drop crossed blades, produced until recently by assembly of metal elements, are now produced in a single body made from mould in a particular technopolymer, suitable for use in the kitchen thanks to its properties (high resistance to high temperatures, dimensional stability and chemical resistance). Article resin guarantees the maximum moisture resistance of cooking vapours, avoiding possible alterations of metal over time. Resistance to chemical substances and more aggressive detergents allows intensive washing cycles in the dishwasher even at high temperatures, for optimal igienization. In addition, the curved shape of the fitting surfaces reduces the possibility of forming dirt, avoiding accumulations and facilitating cleaning operations. The liquid draining system has a new exhaust mechanism, which makes the operation easier.
