polar X hood is entirely made of aISI 304 stainless steel with scotch-brite finish, guaranteeing durability, safety, wear resistance and aesthetic performance. Scotch-brite finish means a brushing process that, through the use of non-woven synthetic fibre materials (nylon) impregnated with abrasive granules of aluminium oxide and silicon carbide, makes the stainless surface perfectly uniform and almost without traces emphasizing the right angles and tops of the hood.

Polar X is equipped with a motor from 800 m3/h, controlled by a electronic keyboard, and is equipped with an efficient led lighting that will perfectly illuminate the stove!
