The professional hob is equipped with 6 flexible gas burners (Crescendo Dual brass), robust continuous grills in cast iron and bathtub treated with special matt black enamel that guarantees durability and ease of cleaning.
The 36" pyrolithic multifunction oven is the largest currently produced by Fulgor Milano.
The equipment of oven series accessories includes a total extraction telescopic grill, a probe for temperature detection in foods, two flat grills, pizza set (round grill, shovel and refractory stone), glazed tray with anti-splash and tray for AirFry.
