SOFIA 36" PRO GAS is designed for those who appreciate the typical cooking characteristics of the gas oven.
Like other models, this version is characterized by an iconic style recognized worldwide.
The professional hob is equipped with 6 flexible gas burners (Crescendo Dual brass), robust continuous grills in cast iron and tub treated with special matt black enamel, which guarantees durability and ease of cleaning.
The oven is for size and capacity (161 liters), the largest gas oven currently produced by Fulgor Milan.
The equipment of oven series accessories includes a total extraction telescopic grill, two flat grills and a glazed tray with anti-splash.
