DUAL ZONE

EXTRA-LARGE AREA
Whether you want to cook for the whole family or friends, the Extralarge Zone is yours. You can comfortably use large pots (up to 30 cm in diameter) or cook dishes faster thanks to its superior power than a common induction hob on the market.

MAINTENANCE ALARM
The products equipped with this function are equipped with a light indicator that provides an alert when fat filters and odor filters are going to reach their maximum saturation. So you will always know when you need to wash or replace them and you can keep your product clean and functional over time.

WARMING MODE
The function was designed for slow cooking preparations, it is ideal for heating liquid dishes such as milk and broth, but also creams and sauces, without having to worry about their overheating. In addition, with Warming Mode you can keep the food ready while the other preparations are still in progress.

LONG LIFE FILTER++
Odore filter that by its nature has the ability to regenerate and last up to a maximum of 3 years compared to standard filters that last on average from 3 to 6 months thus avoiding unnecessary replacements and waste. To maintain such characteristics, the filter must be washed every 2 or 3 months with hot water and mild detergent or in a dishwasher at 65° and dried in the oven for 10 minutes at 100°. The advanced technology allows this filter an excellent filtering efficiency (>80 %).

EASY MAINTENANCE
The product has been made of materials, finishes and/or equipment for which ordinary maintenance and cleaning operations (access to grease filters, odor filters, general cleaning of the hood both internal and external) are easy and fast to perform.

AUTOCAPTURES
With Autocapture you don’t need to worry about adjusting the aspiration according to the cottures started, but it will be the hood itself to indentify the active cooking areas and set the power accordingly, taking into consideration the best balance between silence, power and energy efficiency. And when cooked, the system gradually decreases speed, so as to eliminate vapors, odors and residual moisture. The aspiring cooking top becomes even more functional and practical, for perfect cooking and optimal suction.

CHILD LOCK
For those who have children at home, the Child Lock function is precious to avoid accidental hints of cooking areas or aspiration. The function can be activated on the product, but with the cooking areas and the suction switched off.

TIMER
Forget the cooking time of the dishes by activating the timer. Just set the minutes and start the countdown, the cooking area will automatically turn off and an acoustic signal will be activated. You can set independent timers on multiple zones simultaneously via the touch remote.

STOP & GO
It happens sometimes that you have to suddenly get away from the kitchen right in the middle of the preparation of a recipe, interrupting the cooking of food.
