In addition to the integrated induction plates, TPB has designed other materials to allow the coating of the contiguous areas to the cooking areas with the same finish, but without the integrated induction technology.
In this way, for example, walls, tables, islands or contiguous parts can be coated on the stove: there are no limits to design.
The cooking area and the working space thus make up a coherent and homogeneous design, seamless.
In the plans TPB inductors are invisible because they are placed directly on the surface of the top of the work. The turnkey of the TPB system is the patent of the TOP PORZELANIK BARCELONA, an innovative multilayer material that solves the problem of damage caused by thermal shock to ceramic floors. The porcelain stoneware, in fact, tends to disintegrate if subjected to temperature changes such as those that occur during the cooking process but, if protected by overlapping layers of aluminum and bachelite that welcome the integrated induction, allows thermal management without disposal.
The surface is porcelain ceramic, with all the positive properties of this material: is not porous and is therefore antibacterial, scratch-resistant, easy to clean and can also be used as a cutting surface.
Placed under the surface of porcelain stoneware, it acts as a heat sink, avoiding that the ceramic top falls due to a thermal shock during cooking.
Thanks to its structure, the bachelite is used for its flexibility and for the great ability to tighten the impacts, thus guaranteeing robustness to the top.
Under the bachelite layer, an additional layer of aluminum ensures the resistance of the worktop.
Work plans TPB tech have a non-porous surface that prevents germs and bacteria to settle or get in direct contact with food.
The surfaces are ultra-resistant to scratches even in the touch controls area, which are covered in sapphire crystal.
The special 4-layer composition of the worktops with integrated induction TPB tech makes it highly resistant to all cooking temperatures.
Since the surfaces of the worktop TPB tech are made of mineral porcelain, not damaged by substances such as oil, vinegar, citrus fruits, wine and coffee or solvents, bleach, etc.
Cleaning is simple and does not require special products or treatments. The stains are eliminated with hot water or with any cleaner on the market.
