Professional Plus gas/plan 120

The base plate of the top is made of stainless steel and the knobs are of the new rounded knobs of the Professional Plus series, the same of the stoves but slightly smaller. All burners with brass spartiphym with nanotechnological protective surface treatment. The floors have always electrically ignited in the knob, safety valve and grills full cast iron burners.
