Plans in progress glassceramic black, essential, refined and easy to clean, Professional Plus induction hob is a safe, fast and functional system for cooking, taking advantage of the most modern technologies combined with an essential and refined design.

Also suitable for the most demanding cooks, the floors have areas and functions well indicated with a simple and clear graphics sensitive and precise controls that guarantee perfect control and maximum safety: the surface around the active area remains cold, thanks to the absence of flames, avoiding possible burns. Anti-heating and anti-tracimation protections, child safety and residual heat indicator reduce the risk of damage to people and objects.

In detail, the HCBI604TC cooking plan proposed here is a model with width of 60 cm, equipped with 4 cooking areas and slide touch controls.

allows you to concentrate all the power of the induction plan in the chosen area, to accelerate the boiling and cooking times.
• Bridge function:
allows you to simultaneously control 2 adjacent areas with a single command as if they were a single zone.
• Child safety:
once you set this function and until it is disinseted, the induction plan does not turn on acting on the commands.
• Residual heat indicator:
indicates that the glass is hot and therefore it is necessary to pay attention to touch it and to attach objects that could damage it.
• Timer with Automatic Stop:
turn off the zone in operation after the set time expires.
• Slide touch controls:
this convenient "touch control" system allows, for example, to increase or decrease the operating temperature, sliding the finger from right to left or vice versa.
• Overheating protection and liquid fertilization:
if the plan is overheated or leaks liquids, a safety device intervenes that interrupts the operation.
