Wall hood Ilve APM90

The hood Ilve APM90 belongs to panoramagic series, a collection from'strong and functional aesthetic, played on iconic elements, shapes and colors.

Characterized by a traditional form and from strongly rounded corners that soften its lines making it perfect both in modern environments and in kitchens with the most classic style, the APM hood is perfectly coordinated with the whole collection in design, colors and metallic finishes, and combines aesthetic personality and wise use of technologies.

Made of aISI 304 steel (stainless models only), used in professional kitchens, and equipped with led lighting with front bar, the APM90 hood has a width of 90 cm and is available with stainless or black matt finish; the hood has a maximum power of 345 W for a'perimetric suction up to 1000 m3/h, and return to energy class A, ensuring low energy consumption.

The hood aspires the fumes and vapours generated during the cottura, who are purified once making them passking through metal filters that periodically go removed and washed (sing) possible wash filters in the washbasinvigils, provided in compliance with the indicated temperatures, waves avoid the browning of materials). Subsequently fumes and vapors follow a different path, depending on the type of installation of the hood, which is ready to operate both in aspiring mode and in filter mode. 

In the case of suction hood (or external evacuation) fumes and vapours are conveyed to the outside through a chimney.

In the case of filter hood (or internal recirculation), mainly used in environments without ducts to the outside, fumes and vapours are further purified through one or more filbefore reimmitting air clean in the environment through local woundszate at the top of the fireplace. In a filter hood it is essential that filters coal are always installed and regularly replaced(sing)every 3-4 months about, depending the use of the hood) in order to avoid placing in the air room not purificata and early engine damage.

The APM hood is equipped with a 4 speed motor:
- speed 1: maintains clean air with low consumption electricity;
- speed 2: normal conditions of use (e.g. suction of steam);
- speed 3: extraction of particularly intense fumes and odours (e.g. frying or cooking on plate)
- speed 4 or intensive: rthe motor at maximum speed for 5 minutes, then automatically returns to third speed.
