Ilve's OV30PMT3-MK multifunctional electric oven, is part of the panoramagic line, a collection fromdecisive and functional aesthetic, played on iconic elements, shapes and colors, as well as on a design immediately recognizable by elements such as inclined dashboard and the practical front handle.
Elegant and at the same time rational, Panoramagic ovens offer professional level technologies, to ensure always perfect cooking results: from Quick Start rapid preheating, to punctual temperature control, to steam discharge for a more or less wet cooking.
In detail, the OV30PMT3-MK oven is a built-in model with stainless steel and black front, equipped with electronic touch display TFT flanked by a great knob with integrated led, unmistakable aesthetic signature of the Panoramagic collection.
The oven presents unusual size, or a width of 76 cm and a'height of 71,5 cm,and is equipped with 16 functions, with operating temperature included between 30 and 320°C.

Functions
• Pizza: suitable for the preparation of pizzas, but also of bread and focaccia. The main source of heat is the lower resistance that with the help of the other resistors of the depotentiate furnace, creates an ideal situation for this type of cooking.
• Freezing: allows quick defrosting of all frozen foods in general that are quickly brought to the ambient temperature, without changing the taste and appearance of the food.
• Multiple ventilated cooking: is the function that allows simultaneous cooking of different dishes without the smells being mixed. Baked lasagna, croissants and brioches, tarts, cakes, etc. save time and electricity.
• Wet multiple ventilated cooking: allows to make a greater degree of moisture to normal ventilated multiple cooking.
• Intensive cooking: allows quick and intensive cooking with steam discharge. It is indicated to obtain a crisp result: baked potatoes and vegetables, chicken, salt fish, etc.
• Wet intensive cooking: allows quick and intense cooking with steam block. It is suitable for wet cooking: chicken at the hunter, braised, rabbit in wet, cod, etc.
• Ventilated grill cooking: particularly fast and deep, with considerable energy savings, this function is indicated for many foods such as: pork rib, sausages, pork skewers or mixed, game, gnocchi alla romana, etc.
• Closed door grilling: function suitable for fast and deep grill cooking, grating and roasting meat in general, fillet, coasted to florentine, fish and also vegetables.
• Cover from above: especially suitable for browning and to give the touch of final color to many foods; is the recommended function for burgers, pork chops, veal steaks, soles, cuttlefish, etc.
• Top wet cooking: ideal to brown and to give the touch of final color to many foods, maintaining its tenderness.
• Cover from below: this is the most suitable cooking to complete the cooking of food, in particular the pastry (biscuits, meringues, yeasts, fruit desserts, etc.).
• Under wet cooking: it is the most suitable cooking to complete the cooking of food, maintaining the right level of humidity.
• Static normal cooking: is the classic function of the electric oven, particularly suitable for cooking the following foods: pork rib, sausages, cod, braised, game, veal roast, meringue and biscuits, baked fruit, etc.
• Wet static normal cooking: allows to make a greater degree of moisture to normal static cooking.
• ECO cooking: is the function that allows to cook with a considerable saving on electric consumption. With the ECO function, cooking times adapt to slow cooking such as: braised, white meat, baked pasta, delicate pastry. This cooking cycle is not recommended for frozen foods.
• Cleaning with hydrolysis: in just 20 minutes allows you to quickly and easily remove the residues of dirt. Just add a small amount of water in the cavity and start the function.
