Professional series
This free-free 90 cm installation kitchen contains three high-performance appliances in one. The design and technology that has always distinguished the cuisines of the Professional series, an efficient integrated intake system is added.
The hob is equipped with 4 induction zones controlled through the robust metal knobs. Multi-area technology allows you to combine two zones to create a larger one, suitable for large cookware.
The electric oven has 11 cooking functions: from the static ventilated, to the one with the grill, up to the fast preheating and the pizza function. The digital electronic programmer provides immediate feedback on the oven functions.
The 10-speed integrated hood, controlled through the appropriate knob, can be installed in suction or filter mode. The engine and the suction system are 100% protected against accidental spills of water from the pots.
The automatic function allows you to adjust the suction power of the hood independently, depending on the number of active cooking zones. Active carbon filters are regenerable in the oven for lasting use over time.
