Freddy is the first rapid temperature breaker designed for home use with an essential design and appeal for all kitchens. Freddy is the only electrodomestic that allows to quickly break down the products after cooking, to freeze and thaw in contained and controlled times, to cook at low temperature meat and fish, to leave bread, pizza and focacce, to find the ready and hot dish to serve, to preserve at the ideal temperature, to refresh wine and drink. Technical characteristics
Freddy, professional derived temperature breaker, is designed for combination with all standard 60 cm columns. The insertion, very comfortable and functional, is enhanced by an essential design, totally without ledges. Made of stainless steel Aisi 304 18/10, it allows matching coordinated with any type of kitchen or environment.
Freddy is available in stainless steel, black glass and De Castelli material.
Freddy’s operation is supported by a digital interface, simple to use and extensive functionality. The controls are soft-touch technology, totally free of buttons.

Freddy combines fast cold with slow heat, managing temperatures from -40°C to +80°C and offers 9 innovative functions.
Quick temperature drop at +3°C
To quickly lower the temperature to the heart of hot foods and just cooked up to +3°C. The fast spacing between +40°C and +10°C stops evaporation and prevents bacteria from proliferation. Ideal to preserve the quality, fragrance, colors and scents of food, triple their durability. To keep vegetables in the refrigerator and any cooked food up to 7 days.
Rapid removal at -18°C
The rapid freezing cycle, thanks to the fast reaching within the Freddy room of -35 °C, allows the food to reach the temperature of -18 °C to the heart in a very fast time. In this way the preservation of food will be perfect and the quality, at the defrosting, will be that of a fresh product. For storage in the freezer up to 6-8 months.
Gentle surgery at -18°C
Ideal for warm and/or delicate foods, this cycle lowers the temperature to +3°C and then gradually down to -18°C at the heart of the food: the result is a rapid but not aggressive freezing. An indispensable function for the most delicate foods, which must be kept in the freezer.
Controlled freezing
Freddy deflates food quickly, with a gentle ventilation that allows to retain microcrystalized water inside foods. Foods, so thawed, maintain perfectly their quality and fragrance, just like they were fresh and never been in the freezer. Ideal for all foods, even the most delicate.
Cooling bottles
Just a few minutes to cool the wine, refresh the drinks and offer fresh aperitifs to guests. Freddy refreshes the bottles at the speed of about + 1st C per minute, ensuring the pleasure of enjoying drinks at the ideal temperature. To be always ready in case of unexpected guests.
Maintenance
The function that adapts to the most advanced needs and that meets all kinds of requirements because it allows you to choose the ideal temperature, from -20°C to +80°C, to preserve the foods, even the most delicate as homemade ice cream (-12°C), fresh fish (+2°C), or to dissolve the chocolate to the bathroom (+40°).
Low temperature cooking
Cooking at low temperature gently cooks meat and fish never exceeding the temperature of +70°C at the heart of the food. It exalts the flavors, keeps the texture soft and ensures the uniformity of cooking. To cook meat and fish, enhancing its softness and flavors.
Natural Liege
