Barazza produces different types of cooking floors recessed and threadtop that combine aesthetics and functionality, paying particular attention to design design design and technology. The proposals are divided into gas cookers, induction hob, barbecue hob and teppanyaki hob. All Barazza cooking floors are coordinated with ovens, sinks, hoods and taps of each collection and are available in multiple types of installation and sizes, including 120 cm cooking plates. The wide choice of burners and finishes, among which stand out the stainless steel stoves with 5 fires, allow to distinguish these built-in cooking floors in every kitchen environment, making them suitable for both modern and classic kitchens.

The Barazza cooking floors have different dimensions in width, designed to adapt to all the most popular standard modules of kitchen furniture.

BLOCCO SECURITY
It allows you to set, by means of key combination, a control block, avoiding accidental changes in the oven settings.

SCHERE TOUCH CONTROL
High definition Touch Control screen that allows a precise, simple and intuitive display of the various cooking parameters and oven setting.

TIMER
It allows to establish a precise timing (from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 99-600 minutes depending on the models) for the automatic shutdown of the selected cooking area, ensuring punctual control over the cooking lines and limiting energy waste.

SECURITY LAW
Once the ignition limit time has been spent at a given power, the plan automatically shuts down to limit the damage of any user forgetfulness.

INDUSTRY
With induction the heat is generated only on the bottom of the pan and transmitted directly to the food to be baked. Because of a 90% yield, cooking times are very fast. The surface of the floor remains cold to ensure greater safety during use and facilitate cleaning operations.

POWER LIMITATOR
This function allows you to define and set the maximum power that the hob can absorb; so doing, you are able to avoid the risks of energy overload.

BRIDGE FUNCTION
It connects two adjacent cooking areas on the floor, expanding the support area. It is particularly useful in case of large-scale cooking tools.

BOOSTER FUNCTION
Reduces the cooking time of the individual area by increasing the potency of the top to the maximum. It is particularly suitable for heating large amounts of liquids.

TRANSPORT
If a liquid is poured on the surface and ends above the control area, the plane emits an acoustic signal and turns off automatically until the liquid is removed.

SPIA WASTE HEAT
The display displays, through the H symbol, the presence of residual heat on the floor, generated by the one reflected by the bottom of the cooking tool.

INTEGRATIONS
The integrated hood, flush-mounted of the stove top, is so effective to release the air almost completely from smells and water vapor. The filter can be removed and washed in the dishwasher.
