Falmec - High performance coal filter KACL.959

This specific filter with high filtering power has been studied and manufactured to be used in certain models falmec caps from the Silence Collection - NRS® collection. In detail, the KACL.959 filter is compatible exclusively with the Verso NRS hood.

The NRS® system for noise reduction achieves the best results through the evacuation of cooking fumes. It is therefore recommended to connect outside and use all components of the Noise Reduction System. However, you can use these products in a filter version and it is therefore essential to use an optional charcoal filter for fume filtration. For this need we have thought of a new high-performance carbon filter, more capable of purifying the environment.

High efficiency filters used in the NRS® range are composed by an active carbon filter membrane and an external metal grid. This filter has a dual function to retain cooking fat and at the same time eliminate odors. Basic feature of these filters is their long life; the filter can be clean and regenerated in dishwasher (at a temperature not above 65°) and then dried oven at a temperature of 100° per 10 minutes. Considering use normal of the hood, after three years the filter should be replaced.
