Ilve’s compact electric oven 645NTZ41 is part of the nostalgie line, a collection that interprets the taste of tradition in a modern key, combining refined aesthetic ideas with new generation technologies. Built with materials of excellence, Nostalgie ovens resume the'aesthetics of the collection in the colors and finishes of the handrail and in characteristic arch door, and ensure a perfectly homogeneous cooking thanks to electronic temperature control.
The 645NTZ41 oven is a recessed model compact size (L 60 x H 45 cm) available with stainless steel or in colours white, white, graphite mat, burgundy red or blue grey, while the handrail can be made with chrome, brass or brown finish.
Provided 4.3 inch TFT touchscreen intuitive display, 645NTZ41 oven has a capacity of 37 liters and is thesingle appliance for domestic kitchen able to cook at the temperature of 400°C; the performance is achieved thanks to the particular conformation of the internal mold that, thanks to two standard supplied deflectors, creates within the room the right air flow indispensable for the perfect cooking of pizza; with deflectors are also delivered two grills that serve both to decorate the pizza and to bake it, and to favor the perfect and uniform cooking also of the lower part of the dough. With the use of grills, in 2 minutes, you will get a crispy pizza in all its parts and without moisture. The oven also performs all the functions of a traditional oven, thus expanding its range of use: removing the deflector will get a compact oven that possesses all the characteristics of a traditional convection oven, at three levels, with temperature adjustable from 30°C to 400°C and well 16 functions.

Functions
• Pizza: suitable for the preparation of pizzas, but also of bread and focaccia. The main source of heat is the lower resistance that with the help of the other resistors of the depotentiate furnace, creates an ideal situation for this type of cooking.
• Freezing: allows quick defrosting of all frozen foods in general that are quickly brought to the ambient temperature, without changing the taste and appearance of the food.
• Multiple ventilated cooking: is the function that allows simultaneous cooking of different dishes without the smells being mixed. Baked lasagna, croissants and brioches, tarts, cakes, etc. save time and electricity.
• Wet multiple ventilated cooking: allows to make a greater degree of moisture to normal ventilated multiple cooking.
• Intensive cooking: allows quick and intensive cooking with steam discharge. It is indicated to obtain a crisp result: baked potatoes and vegetables, chicken, salt fish, etc.
• Wet intensive cooking: allows quick and intense cooking with steam block. It is suitable for wet cooking: chicken at the hunter, braised, rabbit in wet, cod, etc.
• Ventilated grill cooking: particularly fast and deep, with considerable energy savings, this function is indicated for many foods such as: pork rib, sausages, pork skewers or mixed, game, gnocchi alla romana, etc.
• Closed door grilling: function suitable for fast and deep grill cooking, grating and roasting meat in general, fillet, coasted to florentine, fish and also vegetables.
